That's the bottom half of a bathing suit from the summer before last. I guess this is appropriate, because when I did the clothes packing up ritual at the beginning of the summer she wanted to put on a super hot pair of fleece pajamas and refused to take them off, despite the 100 degree heat outside. So it only makes sense that she would want to wear her swimsuit when it's freezing outside! She sure is cute though.
